Australian Local Warranty
LEAFI products are warranted against defective materials for one year from the date of original purchase. A claim should first be made via email or message. The defective good should then be returned to the NSW warehouse either by person or by post. We will send replacement after we receive the defective good.
This warranty does not include damages which arise from negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the product instruction.
Shipping Info
This products are dispatched from our warehouse in NSW. It usually takes 2 working days for an order to be processed.

Delivery times usually takes 2-7 working days depending on delivery locations. It may be increased during sale periods, popular promotions or festive seasons (for example: End of Financial Year Sale, Mothers/Fathers Day and Christmas).
In case of stock shortage, products will be shipped directly from the overseas manufacturer. It usually takes 7-14 days for the delivery.
